I specialise in Kettlebell, Olympic Lifting and Strength & Conditioning, Crossfit, Functional and Power Training with additional experience in Core Stability, Flexibility and Maartial Arts . Through years of learning these techniques it has helped my ability to provide for all of my clients.
During my career I have been lucky enough to train with lots of great people varying from normal gym users to professional athletes, Because of the different abilities/levels of every gym user I have done extensive research on Exercise and Nutrition so that I can help all my clients to achieve any specific goals.
